Creating value through corporate welfare

GS Industry has activated a welfare programme in collaboration with Happily Srl

GS Industry strongly believes in its team, a fundamental asset in the development of any current and future strategy. With this in mind, GS Industry has decided to activate a series of initiatives aimed at improving the wellbeing of its employees and the territory that hosts it. Among the projects activated, GS Industry has decided to activate a Corporate Welfare plan, a demanding activity but one that reaffirms how people are the company’s first resource.

GS Industry, relying on the consultancy of Happily, a player specialised in providing welfare services to companies, has given its employees the opportunity to convert their bonus into welfare credit. This is a voluntary initiative that involves all employees and allows them a substantial improvement in their access to bonuses. In particular, the conversion of bonus into welfare offers the opportunity to use their welfare credit on a wide selection of services:

  • shopping vouchers, fuel, groceries, usable at major retailers;
  • reimbursement claims for expenses already incurred in the areas of home, family, education and public transport;
  • welfare vouchers in the areas of health, tourism, sports, culture and leisure;
  • opportunities to allocate their credit to supplementary health and welfare initiatives.

Moreover, the credit can be used not only by the employees who will receive the bonus, but also by their family members. It is therefore an initiative promoted to give concrete support to all GS Industry employees with the aim of improving well-being in the company, thus improving the company climate.

In this regard, GS Industry has once again received the Happily Welfare Badge 2021, an award issued by Happily for having adopted, with commitment and dedication, corporate welfare policies and for the constant attention paid to workers.
