In GS Industry work life balance paths

People and their well-being are the first asset of GS Industry. In this regard, GS Industry promoted a series of work-life-balance training activities during 2022. The courses were attended by GS Industry employees who discussed various work-life-balance issues.

A topic, that of work-life-balance, which emerged with the pandemic starting with the questioning of home-work schedules and commuting times, but which quickly took on a broader connotation, also embracing qualitative aspects.

The smart working tested during the pandemic led workers and companies in general to question the future of work organisation and the future of the labour market itself. Work has always been an important part of every person’s life and making the work space, as well as the work itself, a place of all-round fulfilment is crucial.

Among the courses organised by GS Industry “From Group to Team” an event to understand and face group dynamics and “Future is coming: basic digital skilss 4.0” to provide participants with the tools to face digitalisation with awareness.

All the courses organised by GS Industry were aimed at making employees aware of certain work-life-balance issues and identifying proposals for improving company life, solutions that were then implemented by the company such as reorganising spaces and promoting and supporting events to promote breast cancer prevention.
